Glenn Conrick founded the Calgary-based Molten Ice Media Group Inc. in October of 2002. Prior to that auspicious day, Glenn had spent the previous 17 years learning his craft with three different design firms; Polar Artworks, an Edmonton-based commercial screenprinting company where Glenn spent five years as the senior creative designer, Rivard Communications, a Calgary-based corporate design firm where Glenn spent eight years as senior designer and Intervisual, a Calgary-based web developer where Glenn spent three years as the Creative Director. After consulting for 1 year to HPM Group, Glenn decided it was time to take control of his own destiny and formed Molten Ice.

Having cemented close working relationships with several independent professionals in web development, web usability, print design and technology, and graphic design, Glenn has established Molten Ice as a reliable, cost-effective alternative to traditional design firms.
